Wellness Wednesdays: The Importance of Staying Active with Parkinson’s

Join us at Gull Creek the second Wednesday of every month for Wellness Wednesdays, an informative educational series featuring topics that focus on healthy aging.  Gain knowledge about the latest advances in healthcare, learn about options for family members facing mental and physical challenges, and discover preventative steps to stay healthy as you age. Wellness Wednesdays are presented by local experts from a variety of backgrounds. Come learn, ask questions, and discover more about living and aging well!

The Importance of Staying Active with Parkinson’s

Join us April 12th to learn more about the importance of exercise and how to stay active with Parkinson’s. A native of the Eastern Shore, Bobby Hammond received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His work now focuses on neurology and out-patient orthopedics and knows that the best way to rehabilitate a patient is with compassion and sincerity. He is eager and looking forward to giving back to the community.
