On-Site Medical Care at Gull Creek

Dr. Georgia L. Perdue is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Maryland and Delaware. Once a week Dr. Perdue treats residents on-site who choose her as their PCP. Providing orders for care, medication changes and referrals for therapy services, labs, X-rays, etc. For residents who do not require ongoing treatment, she follows up with them quarterly.

Georgia L. Perdue, DNP, FNP-BC, CRNP

Dr. Perdue received her BSN and MSN degrees from Salisbury State University (Salisbury, MD), her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Wilmington University (Delaware), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from University of Maryland in Baltimore. Dr. Perdue has over 12 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner as a clinician in Family Practice providing medical care for a wide range of patients and over 7 years working in Acute Rehab and Long Term Care Facilities. Her expertise and research focus is on workplace violence, injury tracking tool development, and post-incident staff supports and concepts. Dr. Perdue is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, a life-time member of the International Association of Forensic Nurses (IAFN), a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP, a member of The Society for Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine (AMDA), a member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA) and a member of the Nurse Practitioner’s Association of Maryland (NPAM).
